Ms. Reefa was very kind and so accommodating. Even though there was a problem with the third party booking, she allowed my children to go to our room and rest (it was almost 2 AM and we had just missed our flight) while she and I figured out the booking issue. I was so grateful to her for helping us on such an exhausting/horrible night; Reefa was definitely a bright spot for us. I was also able to get a toothbrush (mine was on my missed flight) from behind the counter for free, and it came with a little tube of toothpaste. My children and I enjoyed, and appreciated the continental breakfast the next morning as well ... it was a very pleasant stay in spite of our unfortunate circumstances.

Overall great quick trip. Very clean. Rooms were great. Breakfast was available and fresh. All staff was friendly besides 1. She seemed like she didn't want to be there. But besides that, it was great!

good parking, nice room. The gentleman that worked the evening was very kind. I needed to ask a question during the day while I was standing at the counter never acknowledged me. one was on the phone which I understand but the other two didn’t pay me any attention. they were just talking about why is the paperwork on the counter and she has ocd. the older female upon my check out was amazing.

The staff was the best part! I was politely shuttled to the hotel from the airport by Geoffrey and Nieca (which I could be spelling incorrectly and I apologize) who greeted me at the desk.

We had a really good time staying at the Country Inn Hotel. We felt welcome from the time we walked in until we left. The lady who works at the front desk on the second shift has excellent customer service skills. She was very polite and helpful. She made us feel at home. The hotel has decent breakfast, coffee 24 hours, a nice pool, and the hot tub is a plus. There are good restaurants and a movie theater within close distance.
